Matt and team have serviced various bikes of mine over the years. Always great service and always to a high standard. Great selection of parts, and what they don't have, they are always happy to order. In the modern world of 'bronze', 'silver' and 'gold' maintenance packages, it's great to have a local bike shop which fixes what's broken and charges you fairly for that, rather than doing unnecessary work. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I called up with a front derailleur issue, and although they were busy, they fitted me in within 15 minutes. When it comes for the bike to be serviced, I will most certainly be contacting these guys.

Whilst cycling home from work my crank arm fell off. I happened to pass The Bike Man bike shop which was closed at the time but noticed that the owner was in. He very kindly fitted the crank arm back on for me (without charge) and in addition gave me some great info with regard to my bike. He was very helpful and as a result of this I will be going there for my next service....I recommend you do too. Thanks 😊

Went to 3 bike shops and the Bike man was the friendliest. Did what I needed for a good price and quicker than expected 👍👍👍
