I have been going here for years, full credit to the staff who have always been efficient, professional and pleasant. They maintain a high level of service despite consistent pressure and are always willing to advise on any problem. I am grateful for the help and assistance they have given many times. Very highly recommended.
The service is painfully slow. If it was at the beginning of the pandemic maybe I could understand, we are near the end and it takes 10-15min for each person in the queue to get their prescription. It's just so bad.
I have been in there twice and they have been rather rude. Last time they left my medication out of the fridge so shelf life was shortened. Today i was on the phone to them i think there has been some sort of miscommunication in between gp and pharmant, my gp said to call them to as they needed more information. They didn’t want to understand why i was calling, they actually said quite violently ‘I really don’t care’, would not allow me to explain the situation again cutting me all the time... I was calm just needed to understand what was going on as my prescription is put on hold and i am in a bit of a hurry. They provided no help, no understanding... horrible service. I am changing my denominated pharmacy.

Staff are very rude and unkind. Due to covid they have a 1 in, 1 out policy but if you are first in the queue you cannot see if anyone is in there until you get inside. I made this mistake and was shouted at by the lady at the desk and told to "get out". Really upsetting. Unfortunately it is conveniently next door to my doctors or I would move elsewhere. I think they know most people are in my position and feel they can get away with speaking to customers the way they do.
