Making the best of their temporary premises. Staff were busy, but helpful and professional.

Staff are very rude and unkind. Due to covid they have a 1 in, 1 out policy but if you are first in the queue you cannot see if anyone is in there until you get inside. I made this mistake and was shouted at by the lady at the desk and told to "get out". Really upsetting. Unfortunately it is conveniently next door to my doctors or I would move elsewhere. I think they know most people are in my position and feel they can get away with speaking to customers the way they do.

What is the point of having a web site showing opening hours if it is not kept up to date? Saturday morning, 11 th April not OPEN. Easter Monday hours identified as ' Hours may change' Come on put a bit more effort into providing meaningful information or shut the site down.

This chemist closes from 1pm to 2pm everyday. Had I known this I wouldn't have allowed the doctor to send my prescription there. Personally I think its crazy to close at lunch time when all your customers/patients are most likely to attempt to visit. Have now arranged for my prescription to go to Boots. Shame as I'd rather support an independent but after 30 minutes wasted waiting outside Soods I will take my custom elsewhere.
