Customer service above and beyond. The Paul Roberts team were honest and helpful assisting my son to choose speakers, a matching amplifier and cables for his turntable. We were pushed for time at the end of the day and they kept the shop open until we were done. What made the experience truly exceptional was that when we experienced an issue with our (fresh out of the box) amplifier they drove the 50 minute journey to our house, replaced the amplifier with a new one and ensured the system was fully working before driving 50 minutes back to the Bristol store. It was handled quickly with no extra charges. My overall experience was of "zero hi-fi snobbery" and "no hard product push" - just sound advice and truly exceptional after-care. Highly recommended.

I’m delighted to recommend Paul who has a fantastic knowledge and understanding of everything hi-fi. He is completely trustworthy and will give excellent advice on the best system for your needs. I am revisiting my vinyl collection and am delighted with the system’s performance. He also provides a free installation service which is great. Gorden in the rear of the same shop provides an excellent vinyl cleaning service and is very knowledgeable about vinyl too!

Paul took his time to visit us in south wales after he’d been delayed at another job, true to his word he went out of his way and arrived at 7pm to give us a consultation on a noise issue. Paul was honest and polite, we didn’t know how to remedy our noise issues and we expected it to cost a lot to fix. Paul advised us on a very easy and cheap fix to solve our issue and he said it’s so easy it wouldn’t feel right taking your money of you to carry out the work. He was also correct because 6 months later and we haven’t received one complaint about noise. There isn’t many honest trade man like Paul around these days and I wanted to take the time to give this review so other people will know they are in safe hands. We will certainly be using and recommending Paul for all audio needs in the future. Many thanks again Paul, it was greatly appreciated

Paul installed a cartridge for my Rega TT, very professional job, very welcoming and friendly, I would recommend the service and would definitely use this place for all your TT needs, the bonus being you can pick up some decent records as the record shop at the back has a very eclectic collection on offer at very reasonable prices, and parking is free and easily available. I recommend this place 100%
