A new word would have to be invented to describe the level of customer care at Lynne Fernandes. I bought a great pair of Spine glasses at the Wells Road branch in 2015. Having moved to France since, I have managed to break my glasses twice (!) and they've gone to great lengths to get them repaired or replaced on warranty by the manufacturer. I was (and still am) speechless. It doesn't get any better than this. Many thanks to the whole team!

There is a wide range of frames available to choose from and the staff are on hand to give you guidance so that you know you will look great in whatever glasses you choose, A huge thank you to Manon for your advice and patience with helping me to choose my glasses, it was lovely to get Liam to help too.
