Was talking to someone who sounded like they were on helium, this has happened a couple of times requested a call back but they said they couldn’t do this. My daughter is trying to get a mortgage with the bank but again there is hardly any contact, when we call them they say the computers are down really bad experience unexceptionable
If i could give a 0 for today's visit i would. Took my 92yr old father in today with a cheque he had signed to withdraw some cash with identification (bus pass) which has never been a problem before but today was refused. After asking if the cheque could be played into my account then i could withdraw the cash this was also refused.So we left without any money.(our money!) Perhaps in future you could notify of any withdraw changes etc. Shame because in 25yrs of banking with you the Girls & other staff members have always been lovely & helpful...
