After being told rent was negotiable and practically being begged to come for a viewing I booked to see a place with this agency. Spoke to Jibar who was a very rude person, doesn’t have any courtesy or class, a very unprofessional worker that seems miserable with no care for the agency he represents. He even said there was no point booking to view as rent wasn’t negotiable from the landlord even though this was the only reason I booked the viewing! We dodged a bullet with this one. Don’t make a mistake going with this agency- would definitely AVOID.
Despite new laws being months away from being passed to reduce agency fees this company did their best to rush us to confirm the rental as soon as possible, a total of £2100 for the company to then say "please do not contact us as you are now in contact with the landlord" shows they are just in it for the money and nothing else.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I used to work for CEA so can speak from personal experience. Do NOT trust these people! All the negative reviews are correct. The owner Jabar is one of the most useless, rude and unprofessional people I have ever meet. Jabar’s wife is just his puppet, she’s uneducated, ugly AND anorexic. The others aren’t much better. They rob from their staff and customers. Best decision I ever made was to leave this company.
Quite frankly a pretty poor letting agency. Not only were the agency fees extortionately high, we received zero help in return for this. Firstly, they lost our application documents twice and we had to resend, all whilst threatening to take the letting away from us. Then once they had handed over our keys, told us they would have no more to do with the property whilst we were living there (including many issues with our landlord that they refused to get involved in). Finally, they rarely even answered the phone or our emails, including us trying to sort moving out of the house and payment of deposit.
called to enquire about a room in a shared house anywhere in Filton. I am a student and its not my first year in Bristol. Anyways today, 16th July 2020 around 10:30am I called a guy answered the phone with just 'hello?' I have been in customer service and I swear there is a script that should be said when anyone phones. I specifically put the time and date so the management can do something about this guy I have spoken to because he told me to look for a room to rent in Scotland instead ( "you're looking in the wrong town/city go to Scotland"). How rude is that? if you are trying to sell something your top priority is to promote your brand and then suggest another if you're unable to get to the customer's request. he did not even suggest any alternatives within Bristol. Im not even valued as a potential customer very unprofessional and so please train your people properly. you might be EXPERTS but NOT PROFESSIONALS
